Who Can Use This Service?

You may be eligible for treatment at Neils Pharmacy if:

βœ… You are a woman aged 16 to 64

βœ… You have symptoms of an uncomplicated lower UTI

βœ… Symptoms started recently

βœ… You are not pregnant

βœ… You do not have signs of a more serious infection

Common Symptoms of a UTI

Symptoms may include:

🚻 Needing to urinate more frequently or urgently

πŸ§ͺ Cloudy, dark, or strong-smelling urine

πŸ€• Lower abdominal or pelvic discomfort

When You Should NOT Use This Service

You should seek urgent medical advice or contact your GP if:

❌ You have fever, chills, nausea, or vomiting

❌ You have back or flank pain

❌ There is blood in your urine

❌ You are male or under 16

❌ Symptoms are severe, worsening, or recurrent

If needed, our pharmacist will ensure you are safely referred to the appropriate healthcare service.
